About the role
As Head of Growth at Dune, you will play an instrumental role in fuelling Duneโs growth through new customer acquisition and acceleration of existing users. You'll be integral in driving our success by nurturing a high-performing team and working directly with customers to deliver on our targets.
We're looking for a proactive team player who has a proven track record of dealing with ambiguity, managing high-growth teams, and solving complex problems with speed (thoughtfully). As our ideal candidate, you'll have experience scaling and managing a technology sales team, with expertise in product-led growth and/or developer tooling. You'll possess first-class analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to help us build lasting customer connections.
In this role, you'll lead our sales and marketing teams. You'll report directly to Dune's COO and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure both true collaboration between teams and alignment with our growth goals.

In this role, you will
Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
Develop and execute strategies to drive self-serve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Create a marketing-led self-serve pipeline and own the sales metrics. We already have the strongest analytics community in crypto to help you enable this.
Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth.
Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for Dune.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Duneโs products and solutions to meet customer needs.
You might be a great fit for this role if you have
~10+ years of technology sales experience with 5+ years of people leadership experience.
Have sold highly technical products, ideally developer relations tools
Experience with using data to set up and drive a scalable product-led sales motion
Experience building from the ground up, who has worked within early stage high growth organisations taking their GTM strategy and function from 0 to 1.
High business acumen and strong analytical ability coupled with empathy and collaboration skills.
Ability to build cross-functional relationships, motivate others, and drive collaboration between diverse stakeholder groups.
Passion for and demonstrated success in understanding and fulfilling customer needs; problem-solver mindset.
Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action orientation/drive
High energy, strong work ethic with disciplined execution skills
Not required but a plus if you have
Web3 experience, this isn't necessary but a passion or interest in the space is preferred
Experience managing teams in a remote setting in different timezones
High growth, start-up experience
