What you’ll do
This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing team to drive sales growth within South America. You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership in the region to create a marketing strategy that includes both online and offline tactics to create pipeline and revenue within the region. You’ll work closely with a wide range of cross-functional peers, and be responsible for executing and managing all marketing activities within the region.
This role will ideally be based out of Sao Paolo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
End-to-end planning and implementation of field marketing programs to generate a pipeline for the South American sales team
Work closely with key internal stakeholders to help develop and implement a go-to-market strategy that incorporates online and offline tactics
Lead strategy development and execution of customized virtual and in-person events
Report on all marketing activities and associated ROI within the region
Develop expert knowledge of the region and industry, knowing all current regulations, key players, and areas of opportunity
Ability to understand sales priorities, and translate them into marketing programs
Create a trusted and respected relationship with Sales and Account Management teams and become their “go-to” for all marketing-related needs
Build relationships with customers and partners to identify new opportunities that benefit both the customer and Fireblock
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Five+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with an understanding of channel and funnel marketing tactics
Must thrive in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural environment where multitasking, transparency, and prioritizing are required
Strong project management skills
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Fluent in both English and Portuguese
Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing Communications: writing, ppt slides, social media, presenting in person and via the web, and processing those inputs into a strategy and execution plan
Understanding of Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and email marketing platforms. Bonus for experience managing programmatic campaigns!
Marketing Campaign Management: budget management and the ability to define, develop, optimize, and refine channel campaigns with a solid strategy, offers, design, messaging, audience segmentation, and creative development and production
Experience in crypto, tech, and finance marketing
Fluent in Spanish
